I really want to try the Infrared heated Mat room but I am worried about how I will handle the heat.

We know the thought of a 35 degree room can be intimidating, but the infrared heat offers a different kind of heat that doesn’t feel humid or suffocating. We recommend starting with the Contour & Condition class to get a feel for the heat, take things slowly and feel free to take a break down on your mat whenever you need it. You won’t know until you try! We recomend ensuring you are well hydrated before, during and after class.
What are the benefits of the Infrared heat and how hot is room?

The room sits between 32-26 degrees. The main benefits of the infrared heat is Improved mobility, greater muscle activation, increased circulation, Reduced muscle soreness and quicker recovery.
Do you have different class levels for Mat and Reformer as I am a total beginner.

Can I pause my weekly Membership.
We don’t believe in different levelled classes. We feel as though every body should be able to come into our classes and enjoy moving together. Our instructors are highly qualified and therefore will offer plenty of regressions and progressions depending on your experience, fitness ability and strength.
(We do recommend beginner levels start with Contour and Condition in the Mat Studio and Regulate in the Reformer Studio but this is not essential).
Can I access the gym whenever I want?

What happens if I book into a class but can no longer make it?
Refinery Studios Milldale gym will be open from 5am -10pm. You will have access by a swipe card.
Weekly memberships cannot be paused unless you have a medical certificate. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by giving us two weeks notice and can be re started at any time.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Your bookings can be cancelled outside of this window. If you are on a weekly membership and you cancel within this window you will be charged a one off $2.50 cancellation fee. If you ‘no show’ to the class then you will be charged a one off fee of $5..00.
If you are on a class pack and cancel within this window you will lose your credit. if you no show you will be charged a one off fee of $2.50 as well as losing your credit.
if you are added to the waitlist for a class please treat this like a booking and keep your eye on your emails where you will receive a notification if a spot becomes available. If you can longer attend you will need to cancel yourself off the waitlist.
