Class descriptions

A slower, strength-focused burner that layers movement to light up every muscle group. With a focus on form and plenty of weight options, it’s all about building all-over strength and levelling up your power.
We recommend starting with this class before Sweat & Sculpt if you are new to the heated room environment.

It’s detox time – a mix of strength and cardio for a full body sculpt. This class is all about strength blocks using weights, body weight and props with short bursts of low-impact cardio to get the heart racing and the sweat flowing.

Think slow, strong, and seriously burny. Heavier springs and juicy, controlled moves that wake up those little muscles you didn’t know existed.

A mindful Reformer Pilates class focused on strength, stability, and nervous system regulation. Flowing, low-impact, lighter-weight movement and plenty of modifications to suit your level. Build overall strength, improve posture, and leave feeling calm and empowered. A great option for beginners. Pre and Postnatal friendly.

The micro-gym will consist of strength machines for each main muscle group - think arms, chest and glutes. There will be a 4 station rig, benches and a dumbbell station as well as cardio machines. The gym can be used via our booking system between the hours of 5am-10pm.
